Simplicity 1940s Blouse Pattern (3700) c.1945
A beautiful Simplicity 1940s blouse pattern labelled “Misses’ Blouse”, for a teenager or women, style number 3700. This pattern dates to around 1945. The back of the pattern says: “Yoke and collar, Views 1 and 2, are cut in one. Yoke is top-stitched to bodice, View 1, with a button trimmed tab extension. Three-quarter sleeves have pointed cuffs. View 2 has short cuffed sleeves and a yoke insert. Blouse, View 3, is collarless with a raised V neckline. The three-quarter sleeves are cuffed.”
There are 13 pieces in the pattern in total, as well as instructions for how to create the items.
Sizing: The sizing on the package says 20, with a 38″ bust. This makes it around a modern-day UK size 14.
Condition: Complete, pattern pieces in excellent condition. Packet in poor to fair condition.
