1940s Hair Curlers, “Will hold kink securely and not break or kink the hair”
A set of two 1940s hair curlers by ‘Kleeware’ on original cardboard backing. This lovely pair of early plastic curlers look like they have never been used. On the front of the packaging is an attractive illustration of a lady with curled hair, and on back there are step by step instructions on how to use the curlers.
Overall condition: Good condition for age. The cardboard is a little creased and rough around the edges and originally there were three curlers but one is missing. This is reflected in the low price.
We love this item not only because it is a great way to create 1940s hair, but because it is a great example of 1940s illustration and design!
