A Butterick 1960s “slightly A-line dress” pattern, style number 4742. The back of the pattern says: “Slightly A-line dress, with or without contrast, has bias turn-over collar. Elbow length sleeves. Button trim.”
There are six pieces in the pattern in total, as well as instructions for how to create the dress.
Sizing: The sizing on the package says 18.5.
This makes it around a modern-day size 16.
Condition: Complete, but the envelope is in poor condition.
