Purple & Blue Yin Yang Lea Stein Brooch

A beautiful yin yang shaped Lea Stein brooch in blues and purples. This lovely large brooch features a blue circle pattern on one side and a purple pearlescent finish on the other half. The two ‘dots’ are a red colour. The back is fabulous, with half in a multicoloured abstract pattern and the other half in a soft focus polka dot pattern. This Lea Stein brooch is signed ‘Lea Stein Paris’ on the ‘trademark’ v-shaped pin on the back and has a safety clasp to secure the brooch.

Established in the 1960s, Lea Stein is a French artist and designer best known for her beautiful acrylic animal brooches. To this day she remains one of the most influential artists and plastic jewellery makers of the 20th Century and is widely collected around Europe and the United States of America.

Lea Stein and her husband still make these pieces to this day; we are lucky enough to buy these from her sole UK supplier, which means we are able to keep our prices low!
