Delivery

Postage costs are calculated by the weight and size of your order. Working days are Monday-Friday and exclude Bank Holidays. Deliveries cannot usually be made on Bank holidays or Sundays.

UK

We usually use MyHermes which offer a tracked service direct from us to your door.

We aim to process your order within 3 working days. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Parcels usually take 1-2 days to arrive.

Europe

All available methods of shipping applicable to your item(s) can be found in the dropdown box at checkout.

Depending on the destination we use MyHermes or Royal Mail Tracked. Both offer tracking. Please note that with some deliveries the delivery company require a contact number.

We aim to process your order within 3 working days. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. European parcels can take 5-10 days to arrive.

Outside of Europe

All available methods of shipping applicable to your item(s) can be found in the dropdown box at checkout.

Depending on the destination we use MyHermes or Royal Mail Tracked. Both offer tracking. Please note that with some deliveries the delivery company require a contact number.

We aim to process your order within 3 working days. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Parcels to outside the EU can take 7-14 days to arrive.

Please be aware that duty/import tax may be applicable in your country and is your sole responsibility. See our section on Duty/Import Charges below.

Special Delivery

Special Delivery options are also available upon request. The price will apply depending on the weight, size, urgency of the parcel and the particular courier. Please get in touch for a quote before you purchase if you wish to have your parcel sent by special delivery.

Duty/Import Charges

Please be aware that duty/import tax may be applicable in your country and is your sole responsibility.

If in any doubt please check with your local Customs and Excise office for current rates before you place your order. Sadly, we have no control over these charges and we cannot advise you what the cost will be as this varies form country to country.

If you miss your delivery

You can usually collect your parcel from your local delivery office or re-arrange delivery if you miss the first attempted delivery of your parcel. Look out for a note from the courier with what to do next.
