Please read through our Terms & Conditions before placing your order. By placing your online order you are agreeing to the terms & conditions set out below.


We accept payments via Apple Pay, PayPal, Credit card or Debit card.

Delivery & Shipping

Postage costs are calculated by the weight, size and value of your order; except where Free Delivery applies. Items are sent tracked and insured and we aim to process your order within one to three working days. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. The expected delivery times are:-

UK – 1-3 days.

Europe – 5-10 days.

Outside of Europe – 7-14 days.

Please note that our delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Working days are Monday-Friday and exclude Bank Holidays. Deliveries cannot be made on Bank holidays or Sundays; sometimes deliveries will be attempted on Saturdays.

Priority Shipping / Shipping Upgrades

We currently offer shipping upgrades to our UK customers. Priority Shipping is available when you order before 12pm Monday to Thursday. This service offers a same day dispatch and next day delivery. Please note, there is no delivery on weekends or bank holidays. If you would like Priority Shipping, please select this option at checkout.

You may still select Priority Shipping after 12pm but your item will be sent out the following day, for delivery the day after.

Overseas Duty / Import Charges

Please be aware that duty / import tax may be applicable in your country and is the buyers sole responsibility.

If in any doubt please check with your local Customs and Excise office for current rates before you place your order. Sadly, we have no control over these charges and we cannot advise you what the cost will be as this varies form country to country.


Our prices include VAT.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchases so we’ve made it simple and easy to return unwanted items.

You can return any item (excluding pierced jewellery, swimwear, hosiery and intimate apparel) that you have not used/worn for a refund within 14 days of receipt. All you need to do is post it back to us with a copy of the order invoice enclosed (or a note with your name and order number on it is fine)

Items must be returned at your own cost. We regret that we cannot refund the cost of postage (this includes the original delivery cost and return postage*). Please retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any item(s) that get lost in the post upon their return.

Customers returning goods from the EU or overseas should mark their package with ‘return’ on the customs form; import VAT, customs or handling costs incurred by us in order to obtain the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund to the account and/or card from which the original payment was made. While we aim to process refunds within a week of receipt, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

For a return to be valid please be mindful that:

– All original tags must be attached

– Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were received

– Item(s) must be in a saleable condition

Returns will not be accepted if:

– Original tags have been removed

– Tags have been ‘re-attached’

– Items appear to have been worn post dispatch

– Items have odour

– Items are not in a saleable condition

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period outlined above. If you try to make a return outside of this timeframe, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

*Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances, for example if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Please note that goods purchased online cannot be refunded in store and goods purchased in store cannot be refunded online.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Exchanging Items

If you would like to exchange an item we advise that you place a new order for the new item you want and then return the item you don’t want for a refund (normal terms & conditions apply).

Our Contract

When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is an acknowledgement of your order and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only the item(s) listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Ordering Online

It is your responsibility to check that all information provided by yourself is correct when creating an online account or proceeding to payment. It is your responsibility to maintain your own username and password, where required, to access your account. Please ensure that you store your details securely and that these are not passed onto another party. If you believe that your account has been compromised you should inform St Cyr Vintage immediately.

Product Information

We do our best to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product are accurate. However, while the colour reproduction is a close likeness, a slight variation might occur. The colours you see will depend on your monitor’s settings. We can not guarantee that your monitor’s representation of any colour will be accurate.

Dating & Describing Vintage

Many of our items are in very good condition but others, although they are beautiful, may not be perfect!

Here are the terms we use to describe the condition and what they mean:-

Deadstock – a vintage item that has never been worn or used
Excellent – perfect, like new
Very good – may show minor signs of wear such as wash-wear or bobbling
Good – may show some signs of wear such as wash-wear, fading or bobbling, loose thread, minor repairs or small marks
Fair – wearable, with visible flaws or marks and/or with signs of wear

We deal in vintage and used clothing (unless specified otherwise on the listing) and all items are sold “as is”. The nature of vintage means all of our items are pre-owned and pre-loved. We endeavour to highlight any visible flaws – please read the description and condition of each item – and if you would like further information or additional photos please get in touch. 

Designer Branded goods

We sometimes sell second-hand designer branded items. Every care is taken to ensure that we only sell items that we believe to be genuine. Please read the product description and view the product photos carefully. If you are in doubt of the authenticity of an item then please do not complete your purchase. If you have purchased already but are doubting the authenticity then you may to return it to us as outlined in these terms and conditions above.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of any item which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order with the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. Please be aware that each piece we sell is unique and some items may be available both online and in store, and on a rare occasion an item listed online may be unavailable or sold out.

Reviews after Purchase

We may contact you after your purchase to invite you to review your order or your experience with us, and we may use a third party to carry this out on our behalf. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to being invited to leave a review.


St Cyr Vintage reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice. We may make changes to the products and prices described in it at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.
