Genuine vintage Victorian white cotton blouse with initials monogram. This genuine vintage white cotton blouse features a pretty matching collar and cuffs and a dainty white button closure. This blouse also features an initial monogram (EV) stitched in red on the bottom right. Circa 1900. Made from a lightweight soft cotton.
