Vintage 1970s ruffle front blouse tunic in white and burgundy red trim. This 1970s white blouse with a pretty burgundy red neck tie and trim features a beautiful ruffle front, long sleeves and flared cuffs. Made in the UK from a lightweight polyester and cotton blend.
