Vintage Escada fine wool ruffle blouse with sheer lace panels. This pretty 1980s blouse in ivory features sheer lace panels on the arms and front with matching lace along the neck line and cuffs. This blouse also features a button closure an buttoned cuffs. Made by Escada from a lightweight, soft fine wool.
