Vintage handmade skirt with bold floral pattern. This beautifully bold black skirt features bright yellow, deep red, purple/blue and garden green flowers throughout. This 1990s skirt features a black zip and button closure on the back and is handmade from a lightweight cotton blend. A lovely spring/summer skirt!
